What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at YOUR highest intensity

Who is CrossFit for?

CrossFit is for everyone at any fitness level. It is universally scalable and adaptable for all fitness levels, so every class will be tailored/scaled to meet you where you are at. Our individual physical needs/goals vary, and CrossFit is designed to improve your fitness in all 10 fitness domains.

Does CrossFit work?

Simple answer YES. No matter what your goals are, CrossFit is measurable, observable, and repeatable. But the truth is there are no magic pills. The magic is eating right (help is in our app), remaining consistent, and putting in your max effort.

For a life well lived

Above, we touched on who CrossFit is for, does it work, and why CrossFit. We wanted to touch on all these great questions, but what's most important to us is you and your goals.

What we do to help you achieve those goals and measure your progress.

Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout. Regardless of the workout of the day (WOD), Our coaches scale to your current fitness level to help you safely become healthier and fitter. Some quick examples-

  • If running is in the WOD and you have Plantar Fasciitis? We would have you row or bike as a replacement.

  • If you're just starting or just have difficulties with WOD rep count? We scale back your reps.

  • With weight lifting, if the WOD calls for Deadlifts at 80%, your 1 rep max? Then 80% could mean 325lbs for some and 45lbs for others.

Remember, this is all about you working at your highest intensity.

Stepping into a gym, learning new skills, not knowing anyone, wondering if you can even do it? So many new things can be very intimidating. Well, we want to show you we've got you! Try a class FREE.
